He carried out due diligences to companies in the Mexican financial sector, mainly creating, developing and implementing the structure that would allow the management bodies to observe the legal risks to which they were exposed with their clients, suppliers, workers and with the corresponding authorities in the event of non-compliance with the respective regulations, as well as due diligences to companies in the national electric sector for the implementation of an effective international corporate restructuring.
