He began his professional career at the Tax Administration Service, where he helped defend the tax interests by overseeing and monitoring criminal litigation.
He worked as a tax attorney at Calvo Nicolau y Márquez Cristerna-DFK, where he actively handled specialized consultations and represented individuals and corporations in administrative appeals, and nullity claims proceedings —in all their various forms— as well as in amparo proceedings and conclusive agreements before the Taxpayer Ombudsman.
